Raspberry and Banana Smoothie
Recipe Ingredients1 ripe medium banana
3/4 cup of frozen raspberry
1/4 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup of skim milk
1 pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup of crushed ice
1 tsp of honey
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. This smoothie is great for a snack and a healthy option to fill your stomach up!
